Friendly organization with excellent customer service. Been banking with them for almost seven years, in state and out of state!
Terrible service and people don't do there job. Had to order new cards and they never came. Had to call multiple times and then they finally came then no PIN numbers. Had to call multiple times on those then they finally did it over the phone. Had my mortgage go threw them and it was terrible also. I will be pulling my money from this band and closing my account. Everything with this bank this last year was terrible.

My husband and I have banked here for over 9 years and every two weeks direct deposit went in like clock work. We had plans to celebrate our 5 year wedding anniversary last night but had to cancel as neither of our atm cards would work and that's the only way we withdraw funds without stopping in the branch. No one available to help at 6pm on Friday night. How can they think it's ok to freeze someone's account without a courtesy phone call to give us a heads up?!
