Dentist is lovely but in general, the practice is crumbling being short staffed and poor customer service now. You absolutely cannot get through to them for ages! I tried to cancel my appointment in February, no one was answering. I text the number to ask to rearrange. They have no voicemail options or email address. I have now been put on a "one more strike and you're out"??. When I spoke to them, and they spoke to the manager, they said they have no record of me trying to contact them but don't worry I have one chance stil... read more
