I can’t even begin to say how awfully unprofessional the reception staff are at this surgery. Last week I attended the surgery and was utterly horrified at the spite and venom whilst the receptionists discussed patients loudly. In between phone calls they would comment on the patient with frankly, cruel remarks. After that they would complain about their children’s local schools and their children’s friends parenting. What ever you do DONT get sick surgery a joke now cannot go in anymore for appointment now cannot call unless you are in need of help to get online or elderly etc... would be nice if the recorded message was more informative of this at the start rather than being told after an hour on hold by receptionist sorry online only then you have to register online fill out forms diagnose yourself online is an option too 😉 😀 can see that working well !!!! Changed to anima call handling on web site. Total waste of time. Calling back to speak to a real person.
Doctors are excellent and make you feel at ease. Reception are very pleasant and professional and work very hard. Only down side is trying to get an appointment. 45mins 200+ calls including 3 times getting through all the way to asking for reception and then it hangs up after 1min on the call.
Advice and support provided by Jane (and the GPs) have helped me get my daily life and wellbeing back on track
