I have had 4 of my kids parties at this pump it up and have never had any issues, until yesterday. I had my daughters 4th birthday party there yesterday and it was scheduled for 3:45 we got there at 3:30 to make sure they had time to watch the safety video and sign them in. We were in the first room for 20 minutes and they told us it was time to go into the next play room. We had the best time ever! Our hosts were appropriate, animated and engaged with our group of kids. Great place to have a party!
My Nephew had his party and everything ran so smoothly, the two attendants were amazing! Everything was wobderful! Only reason itbis ot a 5 star is that first room was really warm! The second room was nice and cool and the party room even cooler!
Love this place today's Easter event was a big hit with the little one great job you guys!! Always recommended
Go to any one of the other bounce houses on Long Island, they will be more organized and managed better than pump it up in Great Neck. This was our first and last time we will ever go here. We took our son here because they were having an Easter egg hunt that never seemed to happen. Than there’s meeting the Easter bunny. I am super disappointed in the lack of supervision. I understand that parents should take responsibility of their children jumping, but a lot of them don't. I brought my two-year-old here today and we played in the smaller kid area. She was having a blast until the larger kids came in the smaller kid area. The larger kids were climbing up things they weren't supposed to be climbing up. They wouldn't get off the slides after they went down. This my families favorite pump it up! So clean and such a professional staff! Thanks for making sure my kids had such a wonderful time! We can’t wait to comenback again!
$700 for twelve kids and we were pretty much kicked out half an hour before our time ended, also pizza sucked, and I can go on, but trust me, for 700 I could have had a great party anywhere else, instead of a 1:30 hour factory chain procedure . Even my son said, "well, we are not having another party here"...
