I really love that it's never overly crowded I think they make sure of that. We enjoy that us as parents can participate with the kids bouncing around. Yes it's only like an hour and 10mins of open jump but by 30mins your kids will be ready to pass out n you too. It's worth it and the time you get to enjoy in the activities is enough. Thanks Pump it Up, my husband had a great time with the kids and I think he really enjoyed being a kid again himself. It was a great Fathers Day

Attended a birthday party here. It was amazing. Staff was professional and very attentive.
Just had my son's 7th birthday...kids and adults had fun! Glow wars was a hit! Can't wait to go again! Staff was great! Just had a problem with the signs to get there! A lot of my guest were late due to them circling around looking for the place. 😔 The place is hidden. You need bigger and better signs.
