Went to my sister's birthday party here and EVERYONE of all ages attending had a BLAST! The staff was friendly, paid attention to the safety of kids in their area, and they made it really easy to get to each room for the party in a timely manner. The staff did all the setting up and clean up for us. They made sure we got all my sister's gifts at the end of the party and any leftover food. I'd recommend this place to anyone with kids.
I had my daughter's birthday party yesterday, it was supposed to be 2 hours, I paid for 2 h. It's a ripoff. After 11/2 we where done. Awful costumer service at the front desk. My daughters got hurt there, she got like a burn in her arms when she was sliding down, because of that plastic material. I have a pictures of it ,was not just my daughters, another kids too got hurt, I am going to sue them.

Hi Marcia, I am the owner of the Pump It Up in Great Neck. I wanted to address some of your points here. All of our birthday parties are 2 full hours - they are all 35 minutes in each of our arenas followed by 50 minutes in our party rooms for food and cake. The 2 hour time allotment is confirmed at time of booking, as well as in a confirmation email you are sent prior to your party date. It's an excellent place for a birthday party's. The only thing i would like to recommend is that they need a bigger sign to let people know where the entrance is it's a bit confusing. Otherwise the staff are welcoming and professional.
Had a great time but it's in a isolated area. more signs needed even the GPS was confused.

We had our daughters 5th birthday here a few weeks ago and it was AWESOME!! The staff was great with the kids and very attentive! One of the kids said it was the best party he'd ever been to! We would definitely have a party here again!
