It was good but for the price they are just pumping out parties with an mediocre experience.
Happy to know that pump ut up values customers and customer service. Thank you for taking care of the misunderstanding. Fun place to go for all the kids.
Worst place ever. They doubled charged me a refused to give me my money back. Staff is rude. If you have special needs children .stay away. Blow ups are old and broken

Great place to take kids and release energy. Staff is courteous and pleasant.
I really love that it's never overly crowded I think they make sure of that. We enjoy that us as parents can participate with the kids bouncing around. Yes it's only like an hour and 10mins of open jump but by 30mins your kids will be ready to pass out n you too. It's worth it and the time you get to enjoy in the activities is enough. Thanks Pump it Up, my husband had a great time with the kids and I think he really enjoyed being a kid again himself. It was a great Fathers Day
