RecommendedI had my son’s 4th birthday party over a month ago at Pump it up. I was so happy they were able to accommodate 52 kids. The kids all had such a great time and the staff was very professional, helpful and attentive. They were very accommodating and whenever we were low on utensils, they would automatically refill them. That’s pretty important when we had over 100 guests around dinner time! We would definitely go back again!
RecommendedI’ve been to multiple birthday parties here. It seems to be a popular place and I understand why. It’s safe, fun and the staff is great with all the kids.
My son & I attended my nieces birthday party this past weekend in Peoria AZ. I must say I'm pretty surprised how awful the service and food was. First off the entire staff is a bunch of teenagers who aren't attentive & definitely should not be running your business. No water was provided at all for the children in the playrooms.. when we moved from one room to the other we had to move tables and chairs for the adults to have a place to sit.. and no one offered to help us.. no time frame was explained to my sister as to when ... read more
