RecommendedCan’t say enough about the mgmt and staff of this Pump It Up, they went above and beyond, to make a birthday party for our son so special. Hosting a party for children with special needs, is easier said than done, they went out of there way to make sure that he had a party like any other child.
I was here in August for my daughter’s 5th birthday, besides the crazy mix up about the order of the food the day of the party, the party i would say was a 4 star. After playing i realized they took away the area for the little babies to play and my initial booking, i even asked about it. Also, i wondered why my daughter had this small, wheeled table infront of the inflatable chair when realizing after going there prior for other parties, the table was larger. Came here last weekend for my niece and nephews birthday and everyone had an amazing experience! The second we walked in, the staff was extremely helpful and attentive. They fulfilled all of my brothers requests and everything was done in a timely manner. I highly recommend this place for having a fun and memorable birthday party for kids. If I can give more stars, I would!
I had my child's birthday party here yesterday. It started off at the wrong foot. First we get in the arena 15 minutes late because the party ahead of us were still there. My party should start at 2:50pm. And they didn't even told us they were running behind. I have to ask them why it's keeping too long to be called. Go to any one of the other bounce houses on Long Island, they will be more organized and managed better than pump it up in Great Neck. This was our first and last time we will ever go here. We took our son here because they were having an Easter egg hunt that never seemed to happen. Than there’s meeting the Easter bunny. He was up against a wall surrounded by lunch tables that made it difficult to get to him. This my families favorite pump it up! So clean and such a professional staff! Thanks for making sure my kids had such a wonderful time! We can’t wait to comenback again!
$700 for twelve kids and we were pretty much kicked out half an hour before our time ended, also pizza sucked, and I can go on, but trust me, for 700 I could have had a great party anywhere else, instead of a 1:30 hour factory chain procedure . Even my son said, "well, we are not having another party here"...
