The team called me half an hour before my scheduled pick up and asked if they could come early or if I needed to wait until the scheduled time. I was ready to get the show on the road and they were there right away. Getting started early?! Not at all, what I expected and a great start to the experience. Start of the move was terrific and the end too was outstanding. No damage to anything, no delay or no additional cost! It was complete a stress free, smooth and quick move.

After calling me about their possible delay because of the traffic, the movers from Great American Moving & Storage showed up on time and acted very professional. A pleasant introduction was preceded by wrapping of my furniture and taking good care of all items. All the furniture of my three bedrooms was packed and loaded into the truck in less than five hours. Five days later all the furniture was delivered, I had no broken Items and the furniture was not even dusty.

I collected quotes from 10 moving companies and it was great american moving & storage which offered me the best price. So I booked my move with them which proved to be a very good decision. I have moved around many times within the last 5 years due to college and my job transferring and promoting me. In all of my experiences things had gone wrong until I discovered Great American Moving & Storage. I am thankful to the entire team of great american moving & storage who moved us from WA to NY without any delay or any damage. They delivered all our goods in perfect condition and charged less than the quoted amount. I was really surprised to receive such world class service within my tight budget.
