Distance between Washington to Ohio is huge. So, it was obvious that chances of receiving broken or damaged things were quite high. I was mentally ready to encounter some errors but I was hoping that they would be able to keep the count low. I do not know how to thank Great American Moving & Storage properly because they have done an excellent job for me while moving to Florida from Washington. had never used movers before and we were very scared to be taken advantage of or they wouldn't do their job properly. Everyone I dealt with from Great American is professional and responds to voicemail messages and email in a timely fashion. They gave me a flat rate estimate over the phone, and they kept their word about cost and delivery time frames. This company stands out from the rest. Their quote is fully inclusive and what they don't cover they tell you about and if you have any queries, they are answered immediately by any medium you choose (telephone/email/etc). They moved my belongings from Washington to California to a Storage unit, I was at the delivery location just to inspect the delivery but I realized that I spent the money to travel over there in vane, everything was just perfect and intact. The only reason why I decided to write about a company like this one is because they did a wonderful job. Great American Moving & Storage moved me a week ago and did an amazing job. From the moment I spoke to Brian and scheduled my appointment till when Alex unloaded my last piece of furniture everything went smoothly. They were on time, everything went smoothly with my building, my furniture, these guys were friendly and professional, and to top it off they were reasonably priced. Thank you again guys.
