Great company. Solid all the way. No problems, everything was smooth. Great American Moving & Storage did a great job. My delivery arrived right around when they said it would be. The guy from customer service was great no complaint. Also the packing crew was very good. It was actually interesting to watch how fast that got it done. Very happy. Will be using Great American Moving & Storage again if I need to move.
Great American Moving & Storage was great! Their sales rep listened to my needs and came up with a plan that met my needs for a move date and a delivery date. And then beat the commitments with a flawless move with no mishaps or damage delivered cross country in three days less than the accelerated commitment! I highly recommend them to anyone with a long distance move!
Great American Moving & Storage did a great job on my move from California to Washington. The sales rep gave me the right price and guaranteed my belongings when it was needed. He was available anytime I had any questions and followed up with me throughout my move. I had four estimates prior to booking these guys and all the other companies gave me ridiculous prices. The staff was very professional and fast pace. I was very satisfied with my move and want to thank you guys for the wonderful work.
Moving from one state to another is always demands a lot. I had to go for professionals. So, I decided to use great american moving & storage out of many options because they offered us the best price and did not ask for any advance payment plus they are a very reputed company. Well, so far not a good experience with this company. Had to pay an up front amount, then was told no "unexpected" expense than what was told prior to the move. Well, that is not the case with this move. And, my son still does not have his stuff. They also didn't look at the "original" invoice to see what they were supposed to pick up, then when they picked up, they didn't check again to see they were not picking up some of those items. All around right now, I am very disappointed in this moving company.
Great American Moving & Storage exceeded our expectations! We had a 3 bedroom home and two large storage units to move to another state--our most challenging move ever. They worked with us to manage the cost to fit within our budget--two of their trucks plus one we rented, with their crew loading and unloading all 3 trucks. After calling several companies to compare prices, Great American Moving & Storage was the only one that followed up as they said they would with a written e-mail stating what they told me over the phone. A few days later a friendly follow up phone call from their sales rep just to see if we had any questions about the quote. Thanks to the sales rep and the entire team of great american moving & storage for a picture perfect move. I never thought of having such a smooth and stress free move because I booked them at the last minute when the original company did not show up. They have not only offered us a better deal, they also made sure that I receive all my belongings at the other end within the allotted time and without any damage. I hardly move / relocate because I just hate to relocate. But I had to move from Oklahoma to Washington for the sake of my parents. I decided to give the complete package to a good moving company.
