Being very honest I never expected a timely and error free when I was booking Great American Moving & Storage for our move because I never had a perfect move in the past using any of the movers that I used. I decided to go with Great American Moving because they did not ask for any advance payment and they asked for the least amount. This is a very good moving company. I have used Great American Moving & Storage recently while moving across the country. The way they managed my long distance move and kept the commitments, maintained the schedule and managed to avoid any mishaps was something rare to experience. We originally planned on moving with another company but after some hidden fees and poor customer service we switched to great american moving & storage at the last minute. We were not comfortable trusting some of our items with a company that didn’t do their job well. But great american moving exceeded our expectations and did an amazing and fast job. They were efficient, cost effective, friendly, helpful and professional.

Most of the people are afraid of relocating because of the awful service of the moving companies. There is hundreds of moving companies but hardly any good one. I am lucky because I got one of the best moving companies helping me out during my move from WA to OK. I randomly called them and spoke with their sales rep. I had the opportunity to use Great American Moving & Storage yesterday for an office move. They completed the entire move within just 5 hours! I am sure any other mover will take at least 7-8 hours. They were lightning fast and equally accurate and not expensive either. The loading, unloading, packing were simply terrific and they also helped us to store the office stuffs. At no point their movers did not give us any reason to complain. First class service all the way.

The gentlemen of great american moving & storage were prompt, professional and polite. They were careful with my furniture and respectful of my home, careful around walls, doors, etc. Although this was a small, local move, they did not make me feel like a small, unvalued customer.
