I want to take a moment to mention how lovely it's been since I moved to the area and joined Grayshott Surgery. Each time I call, I'm greeted with warmth and kindness and all the doctors that I've seen have taken the time to talk through things with me. I've even called with something concerning and they made the time to fit me in asap. Grateful to have a great surgery to be a part of and wanted to share that with those reading these reviews.
I would like to take a moment to appreciate Grayshott Surgery staff especially the doctors that immediately reply on message after filling out the medical issue form. I've sent pictures of my daughter's medical problem and they replied to me promptly and solving the matter so quick and efficiently! And it's always been , not just once. But each time! Really couldn't have any better service and treatment! Anyone who lives in Grayshott, please don't register anywhere else than Grayshott Surgery. 110% recommended guys!

Was first in queue. Gave up waiting for a receptionist to answer after 14 minutes
Not very helpful, unfriendly and are very dismissive. They dont seem to care much. I was only 3 min late to my sons appointment who is only a 1 year old and they turned us away yet the last time I took my son we waited half an hour for our appointment. Very disappointed to say the least. I've been with many other surgery's that have allowed up to 5- 10 grace period.
