This was an extremely run down property which means new pipe works and heating (as you would see in the photos)! Stacey came at the last minute to safe the moment! He corrected the plumbing error made by the previous plumber, laid new pipes and heating installation. He was polite, engaging and friendly. No work was too tedious for him! I will use his services again and, I highly recommend Stacey!

Yet again Stacey has saved the day! I have called Stacey out three times now for three separate issues and every visit he has been on time, friendly and professional. All issues were resolved during each visit. It’s such a relief to find such a reliable plumber. I highly recommend Stacey at Grays Plumbing and Heating and wouldn’t use anyone else now.

Had a tap fitted by Stacey and he also looked at an ongoing blocked toilet issue we have. I’m really pleased with the result. Stacey is extremely professional, considerate & tidy and a very friendly chap. I would highly recommend him.

Stacey did an excellent job replacing a tap for us. He was punctual, polite, and incredibly friendly throughout the whole process. The work was done quickly and to a high standard, and he left everything clean and tidy afterward. It’s so refreshing to find a tradesperson who’s not only skilled but also professional and approachable. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend. The work to my downstairs cloakroom was carried out to a high standard, everywhere was left clean and tidy. I was really impressed so much so that I am having Grays Plumming and Heating back to do two further jobs for me.
