They've always been polite, but more importantly, they listen to what I have to say: I'm never told to hurry up, or I can only raise one question or issue. They go the extra mile, especially in my case. I have a lot of co-morbidities, which have been seriously made worse since/because of the vaccine. I'm very grateful .
The Drs and nurses I have dealt with at this practice have been exceptional on the whole. The reception/admin staff can be difficult to deal with but that seems to be the case anywhere you go. I would recommend this practice to anyone. I would also encourage people to ensure you are taking responsibility for your own health - follow up if you have not had a response or the issue is not resolved. I have never been let down by this practice! The staff are always so helpful and always take the time to explain and listen. They are quick to reply to e-consult and send across prescriptions. When I needed stitches removed, the nurse even added in an additional slot that worked for me. Thanks team!!
My GP is always attentive, caring, and thorough, and the whole practice team is friendly, efficient, and welcoming. I feel truly well looked after.
Extremely rude reception staff. More than happy to abuse their position to bully patients. The doctors are good but unfortunately a practice is only as good as it’s worst staff members. I will be leaving as soon as possible. I suggest you stay away from the GP or find a new one if you’ve already made the mistake of signing up.
