Staff are lovely and caring . Can't fault them at all, but there is a distinct lack of any interesting going on so rather boring for the people living there. And I have to reiterate the comment about the lift , please urge the repairs. Installation of a stair lift will not help my relative as they would not understand how to use it.
Can you tell me why the lift in the building has been out of order for 7 weeks and nothing has been done about it? and there are elderly residents living there who struggle to use the stairs if at all.
Had my father in the respite centre for a few days which he thoroughly enjoyed. The staff are absolutely amazing. We were horrified to learn the the respite provision may be under threat and having found such a wonderful centre it would be a terrible shame to lose this valuable facility. I hope Norfolk County Council takes note!
