I’ve been servicing my car at Grays Auto for the past five years and was always satisfied—until recently. Unfortunately, the experience has changed. One of the reception staff is consistently rude, both in person and on the phone. The other staff member is still polite, but the overall customer service has definitely declined. First time trying them for a MOT, was available to do MOT on same day which was great. A nice little waiting area available for customers. Customer service was also professional and good.
