I was impressed with the professionalism and quality of the work that the Grayler team did. They told me the process, but I would never had believed it if I hadn't seen if for myself. As a bonus, where I had rotted wood, the installation team replaced the wood before they finished and did not charge any extra. The men were friendly, fast, and very detail-oriented. The experience we had from the beginning has all been positive. Our home has a new look and family members and friends who have come to visit are amazed as how much our home has changed. We've experience a decrease in our electrical power usage. Our home is much more cozier now and with the window selection, we now have a panoramic view of our back yard. This company is highly competent. Its employees are very responsive and were proactive in keeping the customer (me) in the loop. Very professional demeanor from everyone with whom I spoke. The product was delivered and installed prior to the expected date. I have no background as a contractor, but in my opinion the installer seemed to be highly skilled and took pride in his work. So far, I am very satisfied with the finished product.
