They harassed my wife after going door to door where we have no soliciting signs. They came on a Friday during dinner and wouldn't leave the development after being warned they are trespassing and are not allowed to solicit here.

Prior to having my windows installed, I had a great experience with Green Energy Windows and Doors. The windows are excellent quality, reasonably priced, and the installers are professional. However, I have dropped my 5 star review to a 1 star because of the terrible customer service that I have received after my install was completed. Two of the windows that were installed needed to be replaced using the lifetime warranty program (one had a fallen grid, the other had fingerprints between the panes of glass). We had our new windows installed recently and already see and feel a huge difference. They look wonderful and keep the cool air from coming through plus they help to keep out noise. Our heating bill has also dropped. The installers were very professional and respected our home both inside and out. The customer service reps were amazing - always friendly and very helpful. For these reasons, we highly recommend Green Energy windows and the price was a game winner too!
Awesome and easy to work with. I work during the day, so taking time off to meet people for quotes is always difficult. Michael made things extremely easy. I just called him, took pictures of what I needed replaced, gave rough measurements, and emailed him the pictures. His prices were a lot less than the other competitors. I would highly recommend Graycler Windows!! Before Graycler, I met with two other window companies and they gave me grossly expensive quotes.
