Highly recommend Graycler Windows! Michael came out to our house and gave us a quote to replace 18 windows in our house without breaking the bank. He is very knowledgable and enjoys what he does. From the initial quote w/ Chad to the installation day, we felt very comfortable w/ Graycler. Michael personally called me numerous times to touch base & make sure we were receiving our windows by a certain date, and they did! Gorgeous white windows were installed at our home, TEN to be exact! The guys were super polite and didn’t mind my dogs barking. They cleaned up all of their mess & then some. I seriously wish ALL contractors did business & operated like Graycler. Amazing customer service met by an amazing job.
First time they came to my door I was not interested in windows and they left their business card and moved on down the road. About 6 months later I wanted a new patio door and decided to call them and see if they just wanted to install the patio door. Well the sales man talked me into getting all new windows and I am sure glad he did, the house no doubt increased in value. Michael met with us just after Hurricane Harvey to discuss replacing our windows. I was referred to him from our NextDoor app. He proved worthy of the praises!! Our initial meeting was professional, courteous and friendly. He met with me and my husband and my dog. We all loved him. Replaced my roof after Hurricane Harvey, while most companies were price gouging after the hurricane, Graycler came in with honest bid, completed the work as promised and constantly stayed in touch with me until the roof was completed...Truly a 5 star company..
I replaced all 17 original windows (simple aluminum frame with single pane glass) in my 35 year-old house with new double pane windows with screens. Scheduled conveniently, the removal and replacement was done in one day. An excellent crew. Great overall workmanship with attention to finish and installation details. The windows fit perfectly and operate well. The total cost was very fair.
We could not be more pleased with our experience with Michael Fatheree and Graycler. Michael was great; professional, and did everything he promised. The quality, the timeline and the installation were as agreed.
