Disappointed with the service from manager Misha – unprofessional, unreliable, and often cancelled or missed meetings without notice or apology. Made serious admin mistakes, including sending my personal details to the wrong email. Other staff are polite and professional, but Misha’s behaviour does not reflect the standard this agency should uphold.
