WORST property management ever. It looked good at first sight. I have lived in this building for 1 year. I spent the whole winter without heating at all due to so poor property management. It wasn't repaired until the weather got warmer. Now, I am living without both lifts for 4 months and have to move out end of this month with all my stuffs manually climbing back and forth to/from 5th floor. First of all, the hygiens condition is absolutely terrible, because the apartment faces the rubbish dropping area, lots of insert coming from outside. When we first arrived the whole apartment stinks and the management company refused to take any steps to address the issue. They claimed that they have done deep cleaning, but it was very dirty and we spent a whole week to clean it up ourselves which delayed our move-in. The apartment is very badly maintained. I had good experience with Gravity Co, It is one of the few places in Reading that provide apartment that is fully furnished. I had some problems with the hot water and the lift but Gravity Co team provided solutions and tried to fix the problem as soon they could.

I recently attempted to book an in-person viewing and potentially secure accommodation at Co Gravity Reading. Unfortunately, my experience with their booking process has been quite disappointing and unorganised. Despite having two introductory meetings and raising several questions, the responses I received were inconsistent and often contradictory, as if our prior discussions had never taken place.
