After 2 weeks of pain in my shoulder I went to see Ian. The next day I was pain free
I suffer from major knee problems after various ruptures stemming from and ACL replacement as well as now having back and hip problems. Each time I have gone with slightly different issues I have always come away with a solution to either increase mobility or reduce pain. Unfortunately it is down to my desire to still compete that causes me to have to go back!
Absolutely fantastic. No, really - if youre having trouble with your back, I highly recommend coming here. A friend recommended me after speaking to them about a back ache/spasm that I've just dealt with and seen as normal for the best part of 23 years...one session with Ian and I feel new. Big thanks to Ian, a minor issue to resolve but has made all the difference which I've noticed instantly!
