We as a family changed to this surgery after suffering the awful service at Addiscombe medical practice. The reception staff and the Doctors at Gravel Hill Surgery are ALL absolutely amazing and the service they provide has to be commended highly. Many Thanks for your kind and courteous approach to patients.
I attended the cervical screening clinic and saw Gill Burgess. She was absolutely excellent and put me completely at ease as I have had some bad experiences in the past. It has, without a doubt, made me a lot less reluctant to attend my future screenings.
Friendly local doctor's clinic with parking on the front drive (it is a converted house). The reception staff have been very helpful and friendly for my visits. Ramp leading in and a small waiting area. This small clinic is associated with the Parkway clinic in New Addington, so sometimes the appointments are held at Parkway.
