Worst experience i had so rude staff very un professional
Hi to Andrew and all his staff at Grassmere. My brother David has been with you 2wks now. I cannot belive the change in him he has really settled in well and he is the happiest i have seen him in a few years. You look after him so well i would like to thank you all so much you are all so kind and David appricates everythink you do for him. Thank you once again Sue & Chris (Daves sister & brother)
