I bought 2 kilos of 'shady lawn' seed over a month ago from their website, including delivery. It was only £23, but I still don't have it. I've emailed three times and called four. I did get Alison at one point and despite me being very pleasant, and explaining that I hadn't received the seed, we were mysteriously disconnected. I've had no response to any contact at all.
