Do not make an order at this store. These guys are good salesmen. They know the right things to say to convince you, and the store is nice. However after sales is where you see their true colours. I'll keep this concise. I made an order for grass to arrive in a week. It didn't show up and I was not informed. I called and they said it's been delayed by a month and a half and offered 10% off to keep me sweet. I called back a few days later to cancel the order and that when they started to play games. The best customer service, I went In there for a certain size, they didn’t have it, but the guy working there he managed to sort me out, and helped me more than what I originally needed, I didn’t catch his name but the calmest guy ever, brilliant customer service
I met with Dan today at the Orpington branch of grass direct. He was great to deal with - friendly, professional and polite. He was happy to run through all of my available options with me. From my experience today - I'd be happy to recommend and will be using this place for all of my future artificial grass projects.
I spent a long time looking for the perfect artificial grass, shopping around, getting samples online. It was becoming tedious until I stopped off at my local Grass Direct store in Orpington and spoke with Rik. Rik was brilliant, personable and professional. He understood the brief immediately and I walked away happy knowing I got exactly what I was after and at a good price. Couldn't recommend Rik and the guys at Orpington enough. Keep up the great work, I'm sure I'll see you soon when I move on to the bathroom!
