I can only vouch for my own experience with Grasmere Street GPS. Doctor Jayakumar has to be the most considerate doctor I have seen in my lifetime. She listens and doesn't judge me and provides the best care and treatment possible. I have 100% faith in her advice and treatment. I really owe her my life.
I am not happy with my experience with this GP. That’s why I changed as quick as i could. Dr Manish Rai didn’t even listen to me and rushed the appointment i was out of the room within 5 minutes. Didn’t even bother to look at my records stating that “I don’t have all day to go through your record”. No empathy and being sarcastic like me being ill is my fault
Cannot fault this surgery. Receptionists do a great job of triaging. Dr Msayab is a lovely, caring, thorough and professional GP. GP’s are having a terrible time of it at the moment due to pressures on their service, however at Grasmere Surgery, you would not be aware of these pressures.
Couldn't wait to get me out the door appointment lasted 5 minutes if that, felt utterly dismissed, won't be booking an appointment with this gp again!
Absolutely useless, go else where if u value your physical and mental health because you be messed about from start to finish out of the hundreds of appointments I’ve had have I ever been satisfied or had the slightest bit of help , have had better advise and care from google !!!!!!!
