Great service. Staff very friendly. Good price
We will never use this company again. The car they gave us was totally unsuitable to be hired out. When we picked it up we noticed a smell in the car but the staff member dismissed it as being from cleaning fluids. It turned out to be diesel fumes due to the faulty EGR valve. The car could not handle being driven at low speeds on the narrow roads of Unst. It misfired and kangaroo hopped. Great experience renting a car from here, very reasonable price, friendly and helpful staff. Car was excellent, no problems at all. I would highly recommend using them.
Friendly and flexible staff who go out of their way for a good customer experience. Vehicles are clean and in good condition. I had a small issue with a vehicle and it was rectified right away. Fair pricing that is much lower than the other main car rental outfit in Shetland. Would recommend and will use again.
