I have made 4 trips now to Grant for various procedures. Grant is by far the best Hospital I have ever been to. The efficiency, the friendliness, the professionalism of everyone I encountered was second to none. I have to drive about 70 miles to get their, but I find it worth it. Grant makes me feel special and important!
This hospital is the best around. I was in for a week and couldn't ask for better care. All the staff was nice, caring, and helpful all the time even when I wasn't the best patient.

I had my youngest son there & the & care was great.
I have only been in ohio 1yr and been to the ER twice the first time wasn't a good expierence the nurse gave me a cup of water after she sipped from it left her lipstick imprint on it..smh I took pictures cause I was in disbelief , but I gave her the benefit of doubt thought maybe she was really thirsty and had a long shift. but after this morning I am convinced that customer service, compassion, and people who love there jobs does not exist in #culumbus #Ohio. One star seems a little generous to me. The trauma unit here SUCKS! There are no comfortable accommodations for family or the patient. My son cannot get comfortable in this ridiculously worn out hospital bed. A request was put in this morning for a replacement, no one has gotten back with us on it 9.5 hours later. Suction on pleur-evac was supposed to be turned off this morning, no one has returned to do so, been waiting on that probably 8 hours. That is going delay my son's release another 24 hours. I have received excellent Medical Care I've had the best little nurse Megan at night she is a true gift from God & during the day Lisa & Ogga and a wonderful doctor I am receiving excellent care they are compassionate loving caring and I'm very blessed to be in such good medical hands thank you Jesus.
My grandson Tyler James Fitzgerald 19 years old freshman Kent Stark college in Canton Ohio works at Swensons to put his self through college. He fell off a cliff air flighted to Grant medical center in Columbus Ohio Wednesday night. They have taken excellent care of him and he has his jaw wired shut. And when the swelling goes down he will have to have plastic surgery on his right cheek and the bone that holds the teeth replaced.
