Everyone is so wonderful here. I have been here a lot
We had to sit in the waiting room 5 hours and 2 hours in the back the only thing good about the whole situation was the nurse and the doctor but the rest of it was no good the nurses in the ER was rude and trying to say they called us back an hour before which they didn't because I was awake the whole time it was the worst service I've ever had
When I was hit head on back on August 25,2016 I was life flighted to Grant. I couldn't have asked for better Nurses & Doctors. They all treated me like I was one of their family members.
One of the happiest places on earth! Everyone is friendly and always smiling. Can't wait to come back!!
I had another gallbladder attack Friday night. Since my surgeon is there I chose to go to Grant. I arrived by ambulance at about 7. There was no rooms available. In triage I seen a PA who offered me pain meds and nausea meds. I took the nausea meds and set in the lobby til 9. I was taken back and by then my tests had came back. I have been here for an hour my appt was at 930 its now 1005 and i still have not been taken back for my appt 3 people who came in after hve been taken back. I am so mad i cant see especially when i hve aske whats going on. My time is not free i hve other things tht i hve to do and other doc appt tht i need to get to. Im just expexted to wait. I want to file a complaint this is not fair tht i hve had to wait now 40 mins after my appt time
My brother is here in the ICU. Your staff is amazing. The vigilant watch and care your nurses give is beyond compare. The doctors are excellent. They all explain everything and make you feel like you can relax. I could not ask for better staff to care for my loved one. Thank you for all you do!
Teamwork is the word that describes the professional staff in the coronary unit at all levels. Even the kitchen staff or so professional polite and caring. Kudos to all the staff at this Hospital. A special thanks to the nurses in the coronary Intensive Care Unit and on the coronary intervention 4th floor. We appreciate the care you gave our mother during her open heart surgery.
I just spent 12 days in Grant medical center on 5th floor with 2 exceptions my Nurses were phenomenal Devon was my favorite she was so encouraging, helpful, polite, just a great person that could put a smile on your face when she walked in just knowing you were in good hands. The PSA's also were great Misty was great made you feel like a person not a patient. What a great experience was almost sad to leave.
