Thanksgiving 6PM-ish, shoulder injury. ER saw us immediately. Thank you to the staff. Well done, and it's appreciated.
Good hospital for any emergencies in the ER. The best and knowledgeable doctors. Best hospital in Columbus Ohio.
Well, went in for double lateral for pain. The doctors in the ER literally only checked for infection, vascular issues, and injuries. No actual tests, just touch and observation. I came home with no answers and worsening pain.
I want to let everyone know that I received the most professional and personal care at the Grant surgical center today! I am at home feeling wonderful. The nurses, anesthesiologist, and of course Dr Vaccarello were greater than any 5 stars!!! I pray blessing over this practice and the surgical team that cared for me. Thank you all.
I just had a colonoscopy there yesterday and the staff was thorough, professional, caring, and down-to-earth. They treated me amazingly well and put any mildly lingering anxiety that I had at ease. Big shout out to my Dr. Peter Lee for doing my procedure. I am pretty sure I thanked each of them 3 times during the course of my time there. Being treated with respect and dignity is so important and it is not something that is given as much where I am from. My son 20 year old son Ronnie was taken by squad to Grant Medical Center the Trauma unit due to a fall from a tree he had internal injuries which he succumbed to I was not impressed by the chaplan or the staff my family was very distraught my husband went to the restroom to vomit this was very awful for all of us when he got into the restroom he ended up passing out when it was discovered that he had passed out he was treated like he was a drug addict the nurse was poking him in the forehead I feel they could have saved my s... read more
I waited in there waiting room for 8 hours with sever abdominal pain in my right side which i thought was my appendix and they was rude and very slow. They was taking patients back that was just throwing up and left me sit there for 8 hours in sever pain in my belly did not come check on me to see if anything had changed they started a iv and put me back in the waiting room
My daughter is inpatient currently, why would I give a good rating. Didn't come get me after surgery, I had to go to them. Made me late getting to my grandson's after school. Today my daughter calls me in tears telling me her Foley cath and pump with meds was supposed to be stopped at midnight but 10am still in. Nobody got her up, was supposed to happen after foregoing was done. Dressing was supposed to be removed, not, till after 10am also. Sure excellent trauma facility but inpatient sucks!
They are taking good care if my husband. And even made me comfortable while i stayed with him. Thank you Grant Trauma staff for taking such good care of him.
