I was there yesterday with my foot and had to wait about 3 hour but the nurses a doctors was very nice....
I was there yesterday to have my 1st Iron infusion treatment. And I knew it was going to be a long day for me ahead of time since the nurse that called me to set up a day to come. She inform about how long it will take. I was worried and nervous about having the treatment done. But when I got there I didnt have to wait the ladies took good care of me. Let me pick any chair in the room let me know where the tvs and restroom was. I got all set up for my long day. The ladies explain to me what was going to happen step by step..... read more
Went to er was to long of a wait 12+ hr just so see a Dr
I've had four surgeries in just over a year, all of which have been at the Grant Bone & Joint Center. I absolutely adore the staff there and have never once had a bad visit. Everyone is always friendly and willing to go above and beyond for their patients. All of the staff hold themselves to the highest standards and it is obvious how much they love what they do. If I could give higher than a five star rating, I would!
Monday,1-16-17 was the first time my husband & I have been to Grant!!!! We loved it...Very nice Drs. & Nurses!! Thank you so much for taking good care of our son!!
Great Care!! They've been taking care of me since I was born here 51 yrs ago!! Refuse to go anywhere else!!
The only thing that was positive about this experience was the nurse Chad and the fact that my fiancee didn't hit his head as he fell when he started his seizures. The Dr was rude, unprofessional and said things that in another situation would of gotten him punched in the face or worse. I've never heard of a Dr saying that your not an emergency case so call ur dr and see him cause we cant do anything because you have chronic pains aches and headaches. I had a heart catheterization done on 1-16-17. From the valet, all the way back to the valet, I was treated with care and respect. The 4th floor staff acted like they were my employees and I was the boss. Dr. Michael Templehof is fantastic. He is on time and knows how to communicate with his patients.
