Dr Lohse listened and took time to explain what the problem was and treatments in Great detail. The pros and cons of treatment. Gave handouts of the diagnosis. Made me aware if insurance will pay for treatment. Told to call him if I have any questions. A calming bedside manner. A plan of care was made.
Caring and compassionate. Gave many alternatives to surgery. I opted for the surgery and the results were fantastic.
I was seen quickly. All of my questions were answered and I didn’t feel rushed.
Super friendly, conservative treatment first, then when symptoms progressed I opted for surgery. Out come was better than I anticipated!
Entrusting Dr. Lohse with the treatment of my moderate to severe bilateral carpal tunnel is a decision I will never regret. He provided expert care while remaining humble and relatable. Dr. Lohse has such a nice demeanor and was very knowledgeable about the issues I was having with my hands and the urgency with taking care of them. He ordered the necessary tests to verify his thoughts and then had honest discussions about taking care of the problems. He was firm but kind and didn't allow me to dismiss the urgency of his diagnosis.
Dr. Lohse was AWESOME!!! Every step of the way he was thorough and clear in his explanation of what was taking place. He was very polite and didnt make us feel like we were dumb for the questions we asked. I highly recommended you place you next hand or wrist surgery in his care! He even personally checked on me the day after surgery. That meant a lot! Wish I could give him more than 5 stars!
