Grant & Co sold my father's property and were hugely supportive throughout the process. In preparing the documentation to advertise the property, they were meticulous and found a way to show the house at its very best. Very helpful and responsive throughout the complicated sale
Grant and Co were the agents when we bought our house in late 2020. We were very impressed with how we were treated as a buyer. This is an important perspective to have. A great experience throughout. Tom is calm, helpful and professional at every turn - keeping his cool with conveyancers who slow-play things, advising us sensibly when chain issues arose and keeping us informed of developments at every turn. Sales particulars were immaculate, and our house looked amazing in the photos that were taken. Staff at the office are all welcoming and friendly, with an obvious care for customer service. Highly recommend this firm.
