I love working with the Granitie Valley office and maintenance team. They are organized and easy to work with. I set up corporates and furnished apartments and refer people to live here all the time. Great apartments and clean. Maintenance is on top of things. Love this property and the people who work here!
This is a great apartment complex and the staff are amazing. They are incredibly helpful and reply to questions very quickly. It's a great community to live in. It feels like home.
My family and I really enjoy the community at Granite Valley, it's like our own little neighborhood. Maintenance and office staff are always quick to respond and make everything easy to deal with. It's a fairly quiet complex with a good mix of people (families with small kids, older kids, older people, young adults). The school district is amazing and it's great being a short walk from the drugstore, coffee shops, restaurants and there is a nice playground with walking path about a half mile away. I love living in Granite Valley! The staff go out of their way to help residents, and always have a smile! Great neighbors, great neighborhood, and lots of wonderful pets-what more could a person want???
Really happy we found this apartment complex! The staff is friendly, courteous and really helpful in answering any questions I've had. There's a dog park for our dog Tegan to play, washer/dryer hookups in our apartment and a nice back patio to sit at during the summer.
I'm really glad that I found Granite Valley Apartments. I looked at a few different places in Cedar Rapids and Granite Valley really impressed me for a few reasons. I am really happy with how dog friendly the property is and how helpful and nice the office staff were. Brittany really helped me out and allowed me to feel very little stress even though I was moving into a new apartment and to a new city.
