RecommendedGreat place to live. Amazing landladies and staff.
I travel for work and I have a large dog. Finding a place can be difficult. The office staff ,Brittany and Marrissa, were wonderful. They are so nice and helpful. My dog loves to go visit them in the office. The maintenance staff are great. Friendly on time and helpful. My dog likes them as well. We are enjoying our time here and will be sorry to go.

I lived here for 6 months before becoming unemployed and having to break the lease. The staff is terrific, maintenence when needed was performed the same day, neighbors quiet and friendly. ..I can't imagine what else one would want. I didn't see any bugs at all, which was great. Convenient to groceries, restaurants, and Rockwell Collins, too!

Granite Valley Apartments are great! The onsite management and maintenance staff are extremely nice and helpful! They go above and beyond to make sure everyone’s needs are taken care of. They are also EXTREMELY pet friendly and allow dogs of all sizes! There is even a dog park for the dogs to run around in and socialize with other dogs. The homes themselves are very spacious with a LOT of storage space! I definitely recommend this apartment complex!
I have lived here several years and enjoy living at Granite Valley! The office staff are very helpful and the maintenance crew the best! I love the fact that this is a dog friendly community!
