RecommendedFriendly staff go out of their way to help with any issues or questions. Dog park is awesome and there are plenty of bag stations to keep the grounds nice and clean. Location is excellent and the entire property is clean anmd fresh.
For 2 years Granite Valley Apartments have been a friendly place. The property is always clean, the maintenance guys all always on top of any problems. The ladies in the office are exceptionally nice and go out of their way for tenants and to host events. Talk to Brittany or Marissa about your new place!!!!
I have been living here for almost an year now and I don’t have any complaints about this place. Any maintenance issues are addressed timely and staff here are very friendly. It is located in a nice place closer to great schools and almost an onsite hyvee drugstore :)
I have lived here for six years with minimal complaints. Maintenance is handled in a timely manner, the dog park is very handy and the location (if you're a Collins employee) is perfect. Lots of great restaurants, grocery shopping and amenities within walking distance.
We are going on our 3rd year living at Granite Valley and we love it!!! All the staff is so accommodating and friendly! If you have a concern or a question, they always take time to listen. Also, the amenities in this complex keeps getting better and better!!
We have lived here for almost 2 years, everytime our renewal comes up we are always happy to sign! The ladies have always been VERY accommodating and have created such a great environment here!
Granite Valley Apartments staff is amazing from the ladies in the office to maintenance guys! if you are considering a place to live this is the spot!
This place is amazing! All the staff is so helpful and always doing improvements to the community! So many fun activities for everyone just love it here!!
I am looking forward to moving out. In the winter they do not clear their parking lots. they say they are working on it but they aren't. the parking lot currently is pure ice. I had water come into my apartment and it took them over 4 hours to get a fan. I have called multiple times and they are never in the office. they also will not have my carpet cleaned because according to them mold doesn't grow in carpet. I told them I have a 6 month old and that doesn't matter. do not move in
