Rent continues to go up, twice in one year and a 30 day notice of rent increase. Almost 1400.00 dollars now. Being friendly is not worth this amount.! Friendly is not paying your rent.
RecommendedI moved to the CR area without knowing much about the area. I have been extremely happy with Granite Valley. The apartments are well kept and any maintenance issues have been addressed within hours. I feel very safe living here and there is easy access to trails for walking/running/biking. The office staff are friendly and helpful!

Granite Valley has quickly become "home". Great staff and maintenance department. Quickly respond to concerns. I recently relocated and downsized. The staff did an awesome job of making my transition and move-in the best possible. I look forward to calling Granite Valley home for along time.
I've lived here for over a year and a half after I moved to Cedar Rapids from Chicago. I love my apartment, my neighbors, the neighborhood around us and the people who work here. This reals feel like home to me and I have no intention of leaving it anytime soon. Highly recommend it.
This is a great area, and I love the amenities it offers like the dog park and the work out room. Plus the staff are super nice and helpful and go above and beyond to help you and make you feel comfortable. Requests are completed quickly and efficiently, too!
Granite Valley Apartments has become my home away from home. I just recently started my first job and moved to Cedar Rapids and the transition has been very smooth with the help of living here. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. Everything is updated in our apartment to our liking and the couple times we’ve had things break, maintenance fixed it quickly. All the neighbors are always looking out for each other near my unit and I’ve been very pleased!
