RecommendedLoved loved living at Granite Valley Apartments! I lived there for two years and from the day I walked into the rental office the staff was amazing! The property always looks awesome. They ensure resident are well taking care by resolving any issues that may arise. If you're looking for a great place to live I would recommend Granite Valley!

Good community with all facilities within the vicinity of the apartments and friendly and responsive manager team. Can add few more facilities to make it even great.
I really enjoy living here! The staff is very kind and helpful and the apartments are well maintained and quiet.
Great place to live! Very friendly and accommodating staff, wonderful location close to shopping, restaurants, and other amenities.
Management always responds promptly when you're having an issue, and they do little upkeep such as painting the doors and outside of the buildings from year to year. It's family and pet friendly, and within walking distance to several restaurants, parks, a small grocery store, and more.
The landladies and staff are very nice and very helpful. It is a quiet and clean environment. I'd recommend living here.The overall experience is great.
Granite Valley staff is great. When something is needed, they are always available or respond pretty quickly. The neighborhood is fairly quiet.
Great place to live with a super responsive maintenance staff!
