"security" unlocked my door and tried stealing my things Luckily i got them back after getting the manager but i defo will NOT be staying here again
£250 deposit never refunded, tried to get in contact by phone, email. I never got neither a reply or the £250.
Lovely helpful staff lovely rooms and great price form city centre accomodation
It is not a good hotel to stay in with family. I do not recommend
