I stopped at GCB because the place I was originally going to was closed for a party, and am I glad it was. They have one of the best craft beer's I've had in quite a long time (and I'm from Wisconsin so I know a little something about beer). The food is top notch as well. I had their demi-glazed beef tips on a bed of onion rings. And the service was the best I've had in this city. Olivia was my waitress and couldn't have done a better job. RecommendedTook a little while to be greeted but once we were, food was excellent. I got the seasonal steak tips and they were superb! Sauce on them was delicious! I’d ever in town again, I’d definitely stop again!

This was are third time here. usually the food is excellent. Big portions, great flavor and good beer. This time the place was empty. You think everything would be great, since we were most of their customers. It took forever ever to get seated. then our waiter didn't even offer beer. He finally got are drinks, but maybe got one refill. Then my food came out probably thirty minutes after we ordered. My food was dry, and cold.
