The corporate policy of blindly requiring the checking of ID'S at the bar places policy over common sense and it starts the whole tone of the visit to the restaurant on an awkward one. The bartender was great, but obviously annoyed that people like myself, 50 and with gray hair, would be surprised to get checked. The gentleman seating us on our Friday the 13th lunch visit was very frazzled and really wanted to be anywhere but at his job. Once again... first impressions...
