Grangeford Asset management are in charge of my ground rent for £130, 6 month payment. I missed a half year payment as I was abroad and did not receive the emails. When I returned to UK the billed me £2035.00 and threatened me with bailiffs in my property after a few days of receiving the email. My property is tenanted. I called them and they bullied me on the phone and told me to pay up on the day or bailiff will take goods. As I don't live there I did not want to inconvenient the tenant. So I paid. Extremely unprofessional and borderline dishonest experience with Grangeford. Despite multiple formal requests, they failed to provide a basic statement of account or a copy of the bill. They refused to clear my account even when I tried to settle it in full, which raises serious concerns about their integrity and motives. This kind of conduct is unacceptable and feels more like a scam than a legitimate operation. I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this company.

I too have been scammed by these people. I’ve received an aggressive intimidating email about non-payment of ground rent while I have never received any notifications. Same experience as everyone here - non-reachable, aggressive, bullying. Not qualities you want to have in a partner.

My experience with Grangeford Asset Management has been horrendous. Despite taking over as the new management for my property, they failed to send any official letter or notice about the change—no direct communication at all. In over two months, I received only two emails: one brief introduction (which I missed due to lack of follow-up or proper notice) and a sudden, aggressive demand for a £1,037 fine without any explanation.
