On our second or third suite from them now. Jan always so helpful, no pressure just advise, found the suite we wanted and ordered same day. Delivery arranged at our convenience, their van was off the road so we had the pleasure of Able Removals delivering and fitting our new suite as well as taking the old one away, nothing was too much hassle for them. Thanks again Jan and see you for the next one (hopefully not too soon)
A lovely experience from start to finish. Entered the shop and was greeted pleasantly by the staff, explained we were just browsing Jan let us know that anything could be changed/added and to have a look around and let her know if we needed any help. Gentle advice no hard sell. We chose the sofa but wanted to change the legs , colour and cushions - nothing was to much trouble. Paid a deposit advised 4weeks for delivery. They are not good to those , who are delivering furniture to their shop. I have myself no good experience.
Exceptional service went far and beyond with help & advice very friendly especially Jan and delivery lads too , love the suite we purchased highly reccomend this company
Bought our previous couches from here, so thought we would just go and have a look round and see what was on offer. We were greeted on entering the shop, then left alone to browse at our leisure. We were in the shop for a good hour and nobody was giving you the hard sell. We eventually settled on 2 new couches, looked through the swatches and found the colour we wanted.
