It’s a shame can’t give this place zero stars. This is the worst garage ever, staff from Manager to Receptionist are absolutely useless. I took my car there in January 2023 and it was kept there on and off for three weeks. They couldn’t fix the EML issue and I had to take back my Velar with more issues than originally when I was first booked in. Called about a dozen times and they hardly answer, granted the staff have been helpful when in the dealer but the lack of updates and the need to chase for updates is frustrating

My Vehicle has now been in a queue for seven long weeks. When I sent it there, George advised that it would take two weeks to get seen, too. I thought that was long enough! I waited and called every few days, only to be told more lies. One day, it was fourth in the queue—the next time, it could take four or six weeks, and now it's in excess of six weeks. The Service Centre rarely answer the phone, and when they do, it is more lies and inaccuracies.
