So I haven't moved in yet. Just signed my lease about a week ago and just picked up my new Mac Book Air from the raffle...I gotta say that my experience with Grand Marc has already been unreal and can't wait to move in!!! Great start to the new year!! #GrandMarcstheshit
We have mold all around the frames of our windows & it's given us bad allergies. My sister lives in another unit with the same issue here. Maintenance always fixes things in a timely manner, but we sure have had our share of issues...
This place is amazing and I love the people I have met! I could go on for hours about the G.M. As I like to refer to it but I have a fiesta to attend!
I really enjoyed living here. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking. Everyone in the front office was super helpful.
I have been apartment hunting for the past few weeks, and have been through here many times to visit my friends. This place really does have it all. I really liked how up to date the appliances were, as well as the spacious kitchen, and not to mention the great location near campus. If you are still looking for a place to live, you should really come check this place out!
