I like living here, the officer are all so nice. It takes only 5min walking to my department.
The staff is really polite and welcoming and the building itself is beautiful and always well kept. I've really enjoyed my stay here so far and I'm really considering renewing my lease this upcoming fall.
I HATED living here. Had terrible ants, walls were paper thin, not well kept, doors were always broken to get into the building. Not safe. Only positive thing I have to say is their staff was friendly.
Out of my four years in school, I have lived in Grandmarc for three of them. I love the location and the reserved parking in the private parking garage. They recently updated all of the amenities and are continuing to make renovations. The office staff is super helpful and is constantly planning social events for residents!
