RecommendedGrandmarc is a really great place to live, it’s always kept up and maintenance responds really quickly. Everyone is super friendly and the amenities are really nice, especially the hammocks by the pool :)

My stay here has been horrible!!!! The rent is expensive ($740 per month for a 2/2), the staff are unapt, and the lease does not protect paying patrons. The property manager, Katie Dempsey, is rude and is not apt for this position. The fire alarm goes off repeatedly in the middle of the night and loud music is heard from the pool area at night and during exam weeks.
