Terrible service from these people during our 2 night stay at 8c Carbery Road. The AC did not function therefore the 1st and 2nd floors were like an oven. The showers in both the main bathroom and ensuite were scalding hot on the coldest setting and although we reported it on the first night, the issue was not dealt with. We were 4 adults and 2 children using the one working bath. On the checkout day I called at 8:00am and requested an extra hour as this problem was causing us delays in getting ready. We really enjoyed our stay in Poole. Grandeur property have everything organised down to a tee. Will use again in the future.
Tom Y has looked after me having stayed at 3 properties he found for me whilst I worked in Bournemouth over the last 3 years.
